My lil bro just came back from unilag now. He stated submission of thr change of course form
was not allowed at the senate building. He said they were told to submit it online.

Any1 heard of that news?

Which Jamb Results are we to present for the screening/registration? Is it the computer print-out or the one issued by Jamb?

You will only need the "No 4" if you don't have No 3 (SSCE/GCE/NECO STATEMENT OF RESULT). or SSCE/GCE/NECO CERTIFICATE. Copies of Printout containig Private Candidate's result is the Computer Printout of SSCE Result. It means if you are presenting that for registration, you must get it signed by the Principal of the School of which you took the exams. In conclusion No 3 & 4 are substitute for each other.

@abdurazaq.The Jamb result we are going to present is Notification of result slip.You have to buy the scratch card from JAMB office,and make a coloured printout of it.How sure are you that No.3 is a substitute of no.4,do u made an enquiry or are u just suggesting.I dont want want to be frustrated on dat day coz i attended my sec. Sch. far east of Nigeria.

Thanks for your answer. I didn't make any enquiry I was just trying to explain what I understand from that publication. But, I have a younger brother in the school who will be coming home this weekend that can make the enquiry for the house from the school senate. Hopefully by Next Tuesday, I'll be able to say authoritatively what it means. Besides, I think he can still provide an answer since his registration was just about six months ago.

@abdu.since ur brother has d answer to our question,why not contact him and give us feedback sooner than later,so that our mind go rest.Ask him if no.4 is a substitute to no.3 requirement 4 registration process.Give us a reply plz

yeah its through, i mean about the non collection of the change of course form in the senate, it is due to the their web uploader, but no problem the form submitted online is in their database.

@goddys i have confirmd frm students n d skul nd dey said u have 2 print out ur WASSCE result{usin d scratch card} den take it 2 ur sec. skul 4 ur principal's signature nd make sure it z also stamped, d statement of result nd d print-out are both necessary.

I talked with my brother during the weekend about it. He said the computer Printout is for those who does not have the original SSCE result from his/her Secondary school. Once you have either the Statement of Result or the SSCE Certificate you don't need any computer print out. For instance, I did my SSCE exams in 2002 and I already have the Certificate with me, I don't need any computer printout any more to register.

@goddy,abdurazzak was right,if u have your original certificate of your SSCE,u don't need any print out again,to signed by the principal of your school,because ur certificate has carried your principal signature.

@Goddys, He used the Computer Printout for May/June 2008 SSCE and he got it signed from his Principal. He told me that others that were there with their Certificates did not require Statement of result.
BTW, Statement of Result issued by WAEC is no more valid after a year ie when the Certificate would have been ready.

@Lazbury.It is so unfortunate and heart-breaking.I know dat u're really downcasted.The admission process in Unilag dis session went somehow unexpectd.Had it been dat u're always in the thread,u shuld hav been gettin d updates n also have all our contacts.Well,i want to knw d university of ur 2nd choice to knw if u still get hope,coz admission has ended in unilag except 4 d final supplementary list they're goin to paste later.I'm so sorry.Anybody promisin to help u get admixion nw in unilag is a scammer.

@Goddy i will not going to pay an acceptance fee before the registration process started,so that our admission will not be shaking,like Unaab they have told all the admitted student to go and pay an acceptance fee of 25k before come for the registration screening.

@gdeem.A Wise and a Learned man is a man that keep to the instructions.It is obvious that Unilag and Unaab are different universities in the sense of it.So also is Unilag admission process different from Unaab admission process.The answer to your question is that we should not pay acceptance fee just like our Unaab counterpart based on the above ground.

@danielebun.Nobody says anything pertainin to acceptance fee in Unilag.I was only tryin 2 xplain to gdeem that no acceptance fee is required.Everytin is included in d tuition fee we are goin 2 pay.
