President Buhari has finally reacted to the alleged Cabal and two powerful men controlling his government as alleged by his beautiful wife, Aisha Buhari and others.

Aisha Buhari had on two different occasions talked publicly about cabals controlling her husband, President Buhari's government.

First was in an interview with BBC Hausa, Aisha had alleged that Buhari’s government had been hijacked by only a “few people”, who were behind presidential appointments.

In her words: “The president does not know 45 out of 50 of the people he appointed and I don’t know them either, despite being his wife of 27 years. Some people are sitting down in their homes folding their arms only for them to be called to come and head an agency or a ministerial position,” she said.

Again, recently, Aisha Buhari, the wife of the President, revealed that 2 strong men within the Aso Rock cabal are slowing down President Buhari’s Administration.

Aisha also said some politicians have formed the habit of going to these two powerful men in the night to beg for favours. A situation she described as disappointing.

Aisha Buhari had made the shocking revelations while speaking at a National Women Leadership Summit organised by a political group, Project 4+4 for Buhari & Osinbajo 2019, in Abuja.


Now President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the Cabal allegations and his wife, Aisha Buhari’s outburst.


He did this in an interview with VOA Hausa.

VOA Hausa Interviewer: Are you aware of allegations that a cabal is controlling your government? Even your wife alluded to it.

Buhari: That's her business & it shows I am a true democrat by allowing everybody to have an opinion. I challenge those alleging to show a single evidence.

This is what you see when the presidential seat is almost vacant, it makes all to became lords on their own.

Imagine a president saying this crap to a repeated allegation of his govt.being controlled by two powerful cabal members by his own wife.

Imagine how a president dismiss his own wife-mother of his children.Any wonder Aisha didn't attend his recent birthday ceremony as well as any of his children while the cabal held sway?

So why did Abba Kyari & the cabal opposed the actions of Osinbajo including the sacking of the former DSS boss while Buhari was hospitalized in London?

This just still confirms that Buhari's truly does not value his wife hence her place is still "in the kitchen & other room" as he once said.

You didnt even address her allegations, you indirectly called her trash...

Aisha Buhari is the first democratic first lady to have been shut out of power by the husband, as it should be.

Patience Jonathan was summoning service chiefs to report to her on security challenges.


If Aisha is referring to the much maligned Kyari who is Chief of Staff, then she should remember he is only discharging his duties as Chief of Staff, who is by default the most powerful officer in the presidency after the president, and alone has total access to the President.

Even a vice-president does not have the control and authority a Chief of Staff is reposed with by virtue of his principal, the President.

A vice-president is only as relevant as what roles the president delegates to him/her, and the constitutional succession to power in the absence of the president.

Aisha naturally wants to throw her weight around her husband. Her husband made it clear from the beginning that it was not going to be a husband-wife presidency. Aisha is unable to hold herself in line with her husband's stance. And you add this inability to the fact that she has an activist personality and profound political inclinations, you begin to appreciate her predicament. But if Buhari draws a line, it stays.

If Aisha said those things, it is clear Buhari has minimal coordination over his own family as also over his own administration. In fact, his lack of coordination over his admin is obviously a manifestation of his family crisis. Never you under-estimate the power of your home front relationships.
