I am sure there is a legitimate camp, with standard structures, in Nasarawa State because I started my service there before I was redeployed to Lagos. While in camp, the Deputy Governor and the then NYSC DG visited the camp, which makes the one I was a legitimate one. But what baffles me is that the location of the fake one (as stated in the report) is not so far from the legitimate one; no wonder our kits were always missing,

Na wa oh for some people in Naija. While some people are toiling hard to make this country great some foolish ones are dragging it to the mud.

Not just an old news, but aslo a bad one

if this was not such a sad story it would be laughable. where did they get money to feed them, hire the infrastructure where they stayed, sew uniforms and buy those awful boots. i mean the logistics is a nightmare.

we already have people in schools with fake results and people on the streets with fake degree certificates and lecturers with fake credentials, politicians with fake (or should I say no) resumes/credentials, quack doctors, lawyers, engineers, architects, pastors and even footballers so it is no stretch of the imagination that someone will think up a fake NYSC camp with fake corpers. one day we go get fake President as we dey go so! God save this country!

The problem with Nigerians everywhere is how we will not follow due process, its amazing how it cuts across everywhere. Organizations employ mediocre people based on connection, and even leave out qualified candidates, Back door staffs
We really need reorientation.

I still can't understand the reason for this. How will they be collecting their monthly allowee or do they rely only on the allowee from their places of primary assignment? What do the officers in charge gain from this evil? May God deliver Nigerians amen.
