you failed to understand tsa and apc tricks. before advent of tsa, mda like jamb remited money after the expenditures for the year. with tsa, all revenues are remitted and mda withdraws from tsa account through cbn to fund their activities. Now this is trick, apc government is not telling us how jamb spent viz amount remitted. that is why this government keeps shouting trillions in tsa account and stilll burrowing to fund budget. most people do not understand tsa and how it works?

I totally agree with your details analysis, unfortunately there is no source. My fear is Buhari does not have all his years to serve Nigeria, as soon as he step down things will return to normal. Even Yaradua was also not corrupt, he even declear that, the election that brought him to power was fraudulent. The problem we have in Nigeria and the whole world is selfishness, self centered. Until dat things will remain, the way it is. Even some members of APC are not Happy with Buhari. he did not give them opportunities to steal as usual, because of they are politicians. Snake swallowing story came out when APC government started asking questions Peter Obi said they should not ask. PDP was busy stealing elsewhere in billion dollars so could not be bothered about mere 8 billion naira
