Deal friends. I sincerely need your advice. Just gotten a new car engine, ford galaxy at ojuelegba, Lagos. Unfortunately after one week of installation, I started hearing some sounds in the engine and later would not start anymore. Called a mechanic that checked on it and complained that the timing chain and adjuster is faulty. This is a new car engine that I just bought being ford galaxy 2.3, 4 plugs. 1997 model. Now, the dealer has promised sending his own mechanics to look into it. What is your say? I need your help ooo @sienna, gazulla, etc

Oga no use 20w50 engine oil on that engine, the engine detest it a lot. Use recommended engine oil which is 5w30. Though your mechanic will tell you the engine oil doesn't matter, bro it matters ooo. I have used that car and my experience using a wrong engine oil (20w50) was a big hit on my pocket. The thickness of the oil(20w50) doesn't Penetrate the tiny holes inside the engine thereby causing lack of lubrication. The next thing timing chain will cut. valves will bend and other things. Last last engine won't start
