An aide to Gov. Henry Sariake Dickson, Atti J Moses has been named youth of the year, by the Bayelsa merit award.

The award ceremony held on December 22, at Trendy event centre, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Atti, an award winning youth leader, who has contributed immensely to youth development, was named youth of the year for the second time in 2018.

Atti, who is a member of the Nigerian youth parliament, A special assistant to the Bayelsa State Governor on student affairs, arguably the youngest political appointee in the Bayelsa State government, have organised numerous youth development programmes that are geared towards unifying enlightening and strengthening the youths of Bayelsa , and this he has done consistently.
