My point is that theist make claims without evidence and atheists dump religion for that reason.

I know how to become a theist in just 2 steps anytime I want to;

1. Suspend critical thinking.
2. Have unshakable faith on that religion.

for instance, if I want to become a Muslim, I'll just suspend critical thinking and ignore all the hogwash in the Quran.

I will believe that it is Allah that protects me all the time but when I read on the news that some muslims went to mecca (the holiest city on earth) to thank Allah for protecting them and to pray for more protection but end up dying in thousands through stampedes (in the presence of Allah), At that point, I will suspend my critical thinking and say, "Allah knows best".

Same applies to Christianity.
