EA has decided to obey the rules and has gone to a nice 80pips in profits from minus 8 pips yesterday.
Don't see a trade going in some negative pips then start calling every religious man to pray for you. Or get panicked to close the trade. Take risks that you won't sweat over, maximum 2% risk per trade. I try to look for the trades with the smallest SL ever possible. That way you can know your fate rather quickly. Trades need to breathe a bit atimes.

UsdCHF is drunk, I expected it to form a new low which we made massive profits of and the trade is closed now. The time has come for it to rise as it triggers my buy limit trade but it's still doing Daddy Showkey around entry. I'd keep holding as trade plan seems very valid till now.

So GN and GA have hit TP of 240pips cumulatively. Gold is running with almost 60pips from this morning's call and 70pips from yesterday's call. I will update the other trades later. Remember I can only get these results because i manage several demo accounts, newbies please dont follow me oh, I don't know how to trade real accant.

Hope I'm able to answer this correctly.
It means, sell at this price (1.56579) and your Stop loss (SL) will be at 1.54980 while your Take profit (TP) will be at 1.57976.

Whether to do instant execution or a sell limit or stop depends on where price is at when you got the signal to sell.

If it was me, here is what I would do:

If price is within 3-5pips (max 10pips depending on how convinced I'm about the trade) above or below the sell price, I will do instant execution.

Price below by a bigger pips, limit order but if above the sell price by a bigger pip, stop order might be better because at that point, price might be on its's way to hit the stop loss.


***Just noticed the SL and TP number are wrong for a sell trade after @ Saxy4c pointed it out.
