Why 13 years time ? havent you grown up breas*t ? @ Banom 'A person shall be eligible for the office of President if he or she is a citizen of Nigeria, at least 40 years of age, is a member of a political party and . . . . . ' I never read in between the lines of this part of the constitution! Now I know why we are excluded!
