Now... trying to understand so I don’t do anything wrong.... firstly I have an Auto company in Germany this is ready to get me d working permit.... they have promised to call the Foreigner office in Berlin to request the best method to follow up with me coming to Germany...
I do need your advise because not all company’s know how to apply for working permit.. to someone in Africa...
if I can get the working permit.... can they also help me in germany to hasting my interview...

Since the visa processing time is now 12-14 months. Is it possible to apply for a work Visa without job offer at hand? I can obtain a job offer in 2 months to the ITA. But during the visa application, is job offer required?

Please how did he go about this??

sorry, this was 2500 cedis so about 200,000 naira. You can get a friend in Ghana to employed you for work so you can get a residence permit through this means

Sure you can but better to apply as you start applying as the times can be inconsistent

When you apply talk to your company they might be able to arrange a temp accommodation for you

I booked my work visa appointment on August. Can I disturb my employer now to secure FEA. And is there anything like resumption date on it? Because now my employer and I can't assumed a resumption date since appointments date is unknown.

There is no start date on the FEA and it is valid for 6 months, your company can give you a temp start date if they are willing to wait it doesn't really matter because they can revise this.

I applied for the family renunion visa in May, 5th to be precise and I got an interview date for December 5th. I have few questions however for people that have gone through this process or have a know how of how it works.
How long after the interview will the visa be issued?
Is Proof of residence of the spouse living in Germany the same as "Meldebescheinigung"?
What did your spouse use as proof of residence? Also, does the proof of residence need to be in original?

duration before getting the visa is case dependent. the wife of my colleague got her visa after 2 weeks of interview. Seen others who waited 6 - 8 months. However, the normal procedure is that a lawyer visits any of your referees or even you to obtain infomation about you. So make sure you use referees that will easily be located. Of course, proof of resisdence is very important so also your spouse income. Normally, after your interview, they will invite your spouse to show these docs (accomodation, bank account or work contract, etc) before a decision is taken for your case. Interview questions centres mainly on finding out if you have basic german knowledge and informatin about your spouse. Its important that you remember how u and when you met him, etc. On the other hand, they may ask you for the docs and the interviews ends like that. Good luck and also surf the internet for other people experiences

It means a pre-paid courier envelope so they can send you your passport and documents back. Go to any delivery services e.g. DHL or UPS and ask them for a pre-paid envelope and put it with your docs.

Please I have a question, I am almost through with my marriage visa, I am intending to marry march next year in Germany but I have issues, I booked appointment on September 28th and my reply was after 3months they will give me accurate time to come to the embassy in the same month next year September, so my registry is fighting for me and the Supreme Court in my city in Germany wants to command the embassy to give me appointment,please is that possible and will the embassy obey the Supreme Court order and give me appointment before march? Answers please
