The court can only grant any sort of forfeiture at all when the owners don't come out. Do you honestly think efcc would have gone to court all out if they knew they erred in their judgment and the money was legal as you and your cohorts would have us believe?

Go to the court house and see different type of cases. Everyone goes to court because they believe that they are correct no matter how stupid it sounds. The court usually upholds a status quo until the case is heard.

I dont support the bank by the way. I am saying we should chill out and allow the case be heard. Neither side has won yet.
