Modern pentecostalism as we know it is fast bowing to the darkness of ignorance. Jesus said, 'feed my sheep'. They are no longer doing that but using the name of God to barter 'salvation'. The ignorant should know that Mr. Oritsejafor's God is not different from theirs and his salvation is not superior to theirs. They should work out theirs and stop depending on 'spiritual handouts' when whatever is acruable to them has been paid for by Jesus Christ and just awaits the Light of Insight to take their inheritance.

I think developed and enlightened countries like the United States should take this kind of preaching as a crime or casino and thus should be either illegal or attract huge taxes.

Pastor Oritsejafor, the former CAN President and Senior Pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, located in Warri, Nigeria, has been called out by social media users for allegedly asking members to pay $5,000 for a mantle.

Pastor Oritsejafor who asked 90 members of Morris Cerullo's church in the United States to pay $5,000 for the mantle, said they won't miss God if they do.  A Nigerian pilot who called him out over the claims, accused him of being a charlatans who has turned Yahweh into a God that needs money.

This is what most Pastors are forced to do but it is wrong. When you are invited for a program by another church, they expect you to raise money for them from which they will in turn use to honour you. The more money you raise, the greater the honorarium.
