Target Distribution Africa, one of Nigeria's leading Redistribution and Route to market management/development company is in seek of a highly qualified candidate to fill it vacant position in the south south region as Regional Sales Manager.

Roles and Responsibility – Regional Sales Manager

 Provide leadership, direction and development to all aspects of the Distribution & Sales function in the region.
 Implement the operating company (OPCO) sales and distribution framework, strategy, processes, policies and standards in the region.
 Ensure the development and implementation of regional distribution and sales plans which are embedded in the OPCO’s distribution and sales roadmap.
 Optimize the existing markets in the region through effective distributor management, selection, negotiation and merchandising by working in line with client’s sales team.
 Work closely with Regional Fleet Manager (RFM) to ensure up and running of Keke’s while targeting cost reduction.
 Educate regional sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings on how to win specific markets and clients.
 Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently by working closely with client’s sales team.
 Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and present same to senior management.
 Ensure Route Plan Management System (RPMS) and In Trade Usage compliance.

Basic Skill Set Requirement - Regional Sales Manager

 Budget and report writing skills.
 Proactive approach and solution driven skill.
 Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
 Ability to motivate and lead a team.
 Excellent and sound communication and people interaction skills.
 Good planning and organizational skills.
 Ability to work calmly under intense pressure.

IT Skills Requirement - Regional Sales Manager

• Ability to use mailing software’s like Outlook, Gmail etc.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft office 365 package (e.g. Excel (Highly advance usage skills), PowerPoint (intermediate advance) and word (advance)).
• Excel usage of excel for analysis and visualization. Applicant should be able use Vlookup, Sum if, and other basis excel functions.
• Technologically inclined and data driven personality.
• Good usage of Android device with practical knowledge in troubleshooting especially GPS related.

Educational Requirement

• Minimum of HND/BSC or its equivalent from any field of study.

Renumeration: Industry standard with all call and travel allowances covered by the company.

Applicant MUST reside in Port Harcourt with frequent travel around the south south region as will be required by the management.

Applicant must be between 25 - 30 year old.
