I think these people offer leadership trainings, motivational talk and all those stuffs and charge for it (heard its 40k). It would be easier for them to get clients in a more economically developed country; where people have extra cash to spare. Unfortunately, things are hard and almost everyone is job seeking so they decided to twist their copy content (advert) to suit what looks like a juicy job offer, sending it to random hapless job seekers. The scam lies in this deceit (i think). Not in the actual 'leadership training'. Laslas, Nigeria na jungle.

Dear readers on this platform. I just want to clear the air and make you all know that CFLEAD isn't a scam. Don't judge them by hear say. I have been there and I paid the 40K partnership charges. After payment and I was inducted I found out they are in partnership with GNLD with a new name.

Truth be told I was upset but when I ask how they run the system and it was explained to me. I was calm and I followed up with their system and I can tell you today. all other issues before now are now history. I won't lie to the house. The truth is they don't hawk product on the street they have a cooperate ways of selling products and after 4Months I joined the organization I don't go home with less than 150k every month. That's outside my profits from product sold and incentives that goes with it. They only thing they do I don't support is inviting you for job interview and getting their you are asked to make payment. Which is not same with the present office am in partnership with. So calling it a scam is what I strongly disagree. They don't collect your money without giving your products worth the money.

The interesting part of the whole gist is that this "our company" recruit every day of the month throughout the year so far from Jan till this present moment this year! Like for real...?

Why can we just wait till the end and see if they are truly scammers? Like I said before and I will keep saying it. Today I can easily share by cheque from the organization which means they are legit and truly helping to reduce jobless and jobless Nigeria youths off the street. We shouldn't wait for the government and private sectors to give us that slavery jobs.

We should go out there and get something started and become employers of labors instead of remaining in our comfort zone complaining and wasting time, energy and time. I urge us all to get some thing started like I did with CFLEAD. Same way Otedola, Adenuga and Dangote started and today they are swimming in money. It can be your turn tomorrow if we start today.

I have been applying for the job of Content Writer and Receptionist. So when I saw team leader, I knew something was fishy.

Selling drugs might be for some people but it is not my thing.

This is what to do when you get an interview invite from any GNLD firm. Reply them and strongly warn them not to send you invite again, tell them to delete your details from their data base. You can as well leave one or two curses with them so that they'll know you're serious about it.

Mehn....I'm fully set to actually go for the interview, but the "desire to acquire" and the "it's yours....own it!" part got me �. Thank GOD for Nairaland, you dont know how much you're saved me guys! Long live Nairand!

I attended one @Ikeja n they played with our mind for hours by playing motivational videos and their trained motivational speakers so that you will completely surrender to them (if you have weak mind sha). In the end they will spoil it with you paying some amount of money for selling drugs . I was eager to do it but my account balance told me to go home
