P.OP is charged per sqm. The volume, location and most importantly type of design are the factors we consider when deciding rates per sqm. There is no fixed rate per sqm for POP ceiling.
There are different designs ranging from very simple to complex. There are budget designs, average designs and luxury design.
Budget designs uses less bags of POP cement compared to average and luxury designs. Therefore, since the material and time involve in achieving these designs are not the same, rates/prices are expected to vary.
