When APC won the election in 2015 everything seemed to be 'very well' until Saraki reminded them that people contributed to form the party and claim victory. People like Saraki understood the rules of power and wanted their positions secured early. Immediately after APC started showing signs of trouble. By 2017 powers within the party, e.g. Tinubu, Okorocha, Amosun & co. got tired of Oyegun and wanted to remove him by all means.
Oyegun predicted the tomorrow of APC reminding them of the fragility of their structure. He requested that APC should delay their party elections to enable them cement their hold on power but the powers who thought they were bigger than him refused and removed him.
Oshiomole was thought as the best option and the governors so praised him that it appeared that all the problems within the party had been solved.
Oshiomole led them to party elections, made enemies and the product of their visionlessness is there for all to see.
By the pronouncement of the federal high court in Rivers state today APC cannot present any candidate. Same goes for Zamfara state. Amosun led the APM candidate to Buhari with an assurance that APC will win (what a hypocrite!). Ogun state is lost. Imo state is lost. Oyo state the same. Delta state is a PDP state and APC is in a mess there with a court case. Major players decamped nationwide. Clearly the party is weaker. All APC leaders and members campaign only on Buhari's name. It is clear that the party is built around him. We do not know their plans and agenda. So without Buhari APC is a finished party.
What is wrong with APC? As the party in power can they not put their acts together?
Oyegun saw this and sought to prevent its occurence. Short sighted and greedy men have cost APC the election.

buhari is apc and apc is buhari. if buhari died or loss reelection, apc will be dead. if buhari wins election, after his tenure, apc will die as a party.

APC died when Buhari died in 2017. Many people were in APC because of Buhari but left after an impostor in Jubrin Al Sudani was drafted in to deceive gullible Nigerians with the continuous looting of the treasury by the cabal.

I just pity this country.

This is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Oyegun told them but rather than listen to him they said he was weak. Now see how APC has failed. The entire change dream flushed down the toilet of Tinubu

BMC can continue dreaming for all we care
We know their hope lies in rigging but they will be dissapointed.

Buhari have proven that he has no hope in winning the election thereby making Tinubu the campaign chairman since he(Tinubu) is so much interested in the power.
Tinubu will only be able to go away with some rigging in the west but the north and south will resist him including Buhari's home state.
