What do u want to hear about the position again, lemme elucidate. First some miniature firms looking 4 cheap labour approach workforce being an outsourcing firm. At some point u may ve applied to workforce before without recalling again, u must ve filled a google form with respect to that. So when the firm approach workforce, they just select peeps from their database 4 d role. For d loan officer role, you will b given certain large sum of money to disburse within a time frame, so u ve to persuade peeps to secure loans. if the customer pays back within the stipulated period, u will get a commission. almost everybody gets employed 4 d role but over 60% turn it down. However, if u dont ve anything doing, u can give it a try. success

I think probably after 2-3month if u ain't productive or u av failed to meet d required Target u get fire....u can't jxt collect money fr nothing.

According to the guy who addressed us, he said is a fixed salary, one you are taken, u will be trained for 2weeks and you will be paid that two weeks. You will be under probation for 6months, those months even if u don't meet up to ur target u will still be paid the fixed salary. Again depends if u want to be going up n down looking for who to take loans, u can go meet your friends or relations who needs loans. That's just it what we where told
