On the 9 of January, 2019, a North Korean was charged and found guilty of distributing an illicit materials to the public in terms of a Pornographic website. The website was ranked first in North Korea as of 2017, and has now seen its founder jailed. The founder whose identity the North Korean Authorities refused to share with the media was charged for the offense of distributing an illicit materials to the public, he was lucky to escaped the punishment with only a sentencing that may extend to 7 years with an initial 4 years in prison.
