The President Muhammadu Buhari drove Federal Government has requested the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Samuel Nkanu Onnoghen to quickly abandon office.

Thusly, the government will on Monday January 14, 2019 summon the CJN before the Justice Danladi Yakubu led-Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) in Abuja on charges of disappointments to proclaim his advantages as required by law and for working Bank Domiciliary Foreign Currency Accounts.

The charge against Justice Onnoghen sighted by PR Nigeria has as of now being recorded and served on him last Friday at his official living residence in Abuja preliminary for his appearance at the tribunal.
