So I opened a pension plan via I company I worked with in 2009. Sadly, I lost that job, that after a few months of saving for my pension.

Each month though, I get sent a statement of my current 'money' with Stanbic IBTC pension plan. My questions are:

1. How do I access my account? While I get a sort of account number in the text that gets sent, there is no pin or anything. I'm told to log into stanbicibtcpension . com , but how do I log in?

2. Can I collect the entire funds in my pension plan and not the 25% or so available for someone my age (early 30s)?

Is there an IBTC pension fund manager here? Would appreciate any information that can be provided.

Since no IBTC staff has responded here, let me tell you what I know since I also subscribe to the Stanbic IBTC pension fund.

1a. There was no access pin in my own case too but here is what I did but I don't know if it is still allowed on their website. Go on to their website, input your username (PEN...), input a few numbers as password, then click login. Of course, there is a return of "incorrect username/password". Click on the "forgot password" link and a message will be sent to the email address you used during registration. Follow the prompt.

1b. If you still can't get it done, visit a Stanbic office.

2. You can only access 25% contribution until you are 50 years old.

Yes I know I can only access 25% of the fund. I'm actually not planning to withdraw anything, just want to know I can access it anytime.
