You said fairness. You might have had a very content and realistic reason for applying even paying for school and acceptance but I assure you whatever you're trying to do has be done by fraudsters before.

That's what ruined the honest chance.


Using the examination example how would you mark an examination where you caught 80% of the students cheating but you're forced to mark and release results .

An honest man would be brutal and will record almost 90% failure cause as far as he's concerned everybody cheated though some didn't.

It's not fair but that's the way it is.

Best option is to clean the slate and start afresh which I don't see happening in this country in the nearest future
