hello ,can someone tell me why obj refused to declare 19/4/2007 public holiday as was done during governorship election?does it mean that,the reason that was given for electorate to have enough time to travel down to their state and vote is not applicable to presidential election?

becos the surpeme court won't be sitting on Atiku's case. although baba(Obj) don declare 20th of April public holiday
