Pls i need a software that can limit the size of file that can be downloaded from the internet. I use an ISP with a download cap so i really need to control the size of file that a user can download per time. Pls good suggestions and recommendations will be highly appreciated

you have these options. mount and configure any of these as your server, mikrotik OS(router), PFsense, or Untangle server and use there wonderful features to limit many network activities going on in your organisation. Cisco devices are very expensive so i wont advice for that.
