Who among the two UBA brothers is the senior, and which is truly their surname, UBA or UBAH?

According to INEC particulars published yesterday, Andy Uba the APC flag bearer is 59 years old. While Chris Uba the PDP flag bearer, the younger brother to Andy Ubais 61 years old.

While the young brother is 61 years. And the discrepancy surrounding their surname still baffles me, while one bears UBAH, the other bears UBA, and yet they are two blood brothers.
