(Dr) David Nweze, was sited inspecting the projects situated at sperando in Abakiliki. The video below captured the scene where he was inspecting the Ecumenical centre, mall and the glass tunnel he is currently working on. His dream to transform Ebonyi State into cities like Dubai and Paris is becoming a reality that other states in Nigeria never believed would come true.
