Just numerical and verbal . theres no essay writing

Please are the numerical and verbal the same as how we did last time: graphs and charts or I should be expecting word problems too? Or something different entirely

Exactly the same pattern.
Wnat should you be worried about
A. Time management
B. Clunky, Non scientific calculator

Regarding A. I don't have much advice but for B. Take out time to decide the positioning and handling of the calculator before you start, it would save you a min or two.

Goodluck!

The format of the exam.
Yes, The format is the same as the last exams

were past questions repeated?
No
Did you also write personality test as part of the verification test?
No, but it is very likely some or everyone will retake the personality test as according to Madam toyin, SHL could not capture the responses on most candidates.

Were you given a calculator?
Re: PwC Graduate Recruitment 2019 by encrypt(m): 5:59pm On Apr 01, 2019
All these questions have been answered severally.

How was it?
It was same format as the online test with the exception of number of questions and allocated time.
18 verbal questions in 10 minutes and 10 numerical questions in 15 minutes.

Were past questions repeated
Well this depends on how many questions you have solved or seen.
I saw verbal passages that I have seen before but that didn't make much difference as I still had to read and pick the answers.

The questions wee generally fair and time constraint is the only factor that may unsettle you.

For numerical refer to my post above.

Were you given calculators?
Yes you are provided with a clunky, non scientific calculator, a sheet of paper and a pen

From Obalende you can take a keke napep #100 to eko hotel, from eko hotel take another keke #100 (those chanting Lekki/ new market) tell them you'd be dropping at pwc annex ( so they'd pass a favourable route). The office is by the road so it should be easy to locate. Ask questions very well from people around too

The process was largely as expected. Arrive, get your docs checked and then the test. The waiting time was the only ish. Arrived 2.30pm, left 5.12 pm. And I took permission from work so imagine leaving at that time with VI traffic already building. I had to 'bike' back and forth.

Questions were as expected, just fewer than the online version. Nothing special. If you did the first one and passed, it shouldn't be a biggie. But you need to aim to score higher because of the competition. 1000 people could do this test and 400 or thereabout for next stage, assumptions based on history.

The SHL part was funny. Was it not the same responses for verbal and numerical that was used to trim candidates after the online test? Not a biggie to redo the personailty test but I'd prefer not to. Why will SHL be having issues like this?

Interviews still set for May and June, and results likely July. Same timeline as other years.

Best of luck everyone.
