Investigations detail the history of a failure to accommodate students at Howard University. The University’s reaction to requests for disability accommodations has been plagued with documented retaliation.

Students have requested accommodations for disabilities and yet often times the administration not only fails to accommodate them, but the University has consistently refused to acknowledge it's wrongs.

The University has also been reluctant to willfully rectify these acts even when litigation comes into play. President Wayne Frederick has been informed on numerous occasions.
