Bruv I advise you read more on the CJN the law states that if there is an issue concerning the CJN who is the chairman of the Judicial council he will not and can never be in that sitting that is what would happen when the Supreme Court Justices meet over the issue neither will the fake acting cjn presided over the issue too

Take for example the fish farming. From your conversation your highest target is to export them as semi raw materials. More intelligent nations would not think this as main priority but rather think or research the highest value chain they can add to it before export.
China is currently making medicine with our catfish, they thought of ways to increase the value beyond just exporting. When last did you see China export raw materials. Only Africa does that.
The 5 top highest producer of cocoa combined do not make up to the 1st highest producer of chocolate. Same with leather. The 5 highest producer of leather in Africa does not make up to the 1st highest producer of leather shoes.

By exploitation I mean using the law in a way that is not popular yet legal. The fact that he could hold it this long without the Congress vetoing it means he was on the right side of the law. If he was not believe me Congress would not have made it last 3 days. It wasn't popular, but it was legal. That is my definition of exploiting the law
