The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, (SERAP) has given the National Judicial Council (NJC) five days to assume control over the preliminary of the Chief Justice of the Federation (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen. In an announcement by its Senior Legal Adviser, Ms Bamisope Adeyanju, the group sent an open appeal to the Next-In-Rank to the NJC Chairman asking the chamber “to quickly assume control from the Code of Conduct Tribunal the instance of the CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen with the end goal of setting up an advisory group to research the charges of rupture of protected resource revelation necessities against him.” click: https://www.gettooknow.com/2019/01/onnoghens-suspension-serap-gives-njc-five-days-to-take-over-case
