Hello oduduwa the father of oranmiyan was a bini prince who left bini because he was framed for something he didn't do which led him to be banished, he left with some of his followers and settled at Ife, where he brought along with him .from time immemorial binis are know as blacksmiths and craftsmanship. He used this knowledge to fight and ward off all enemies of his host, thereby making Ife a fortress. The people immediately made him king. Chaos Now befell bini kingdom because the true heir to the throne (oduduwa was sent away), it was said that only he can restore peace back,so he sent his son oranmiyan to come because he was too old to come back to bini. Remember even Yorubas bear Hausa names. And who told u that some Yoruba words didn't originate from bini. Lastly who told u that bini kings are buried in Ife, show we proof ogbeni(even the baale of pakuro cannot be buried in Ife) . Be guided, the bini empire was large. Even the Oba of Lagos acknowledged that the Oba of bini is his father. Are u aware that so many names and places in lagos have their origin from Bini. washingtonklef: |

Binikingdowm:He was standing up from where he sat to greet Saraki. It's like you need glasses! Is it your Obas that when they die their he--ds are taken to ife so that they can be with their ancestors like Oduduwa etc. You people like turning history upside down so that it can be in your favour. |

Binikingdowm:ooni bows dowm to no one, it was just the angle of the camera, if you claim he bows for the senate president, why then didn't he bow for the Vice president? And about where the Oba of Benin was seated, guy check am well, the ooni was sitting where he sits everyday at his palace, look very well, even if it's president Buhari that visits, its that same seat Oba of Benin is seated that him too will sit, so stop dreaming. |

Sultan of sokoto and Oni of ife are the 2 most senior of all traditional rulers in Nigeria; others they follow. If you like, accept the truth or argue blindly if you like. It will never change the price of garri or semovita in the market. The truth is always the truth. |
