Make God punish all these thieving Niger Delta governors. How can they be collecting 4 times what other states collect and yet be owing teachers and pensioners?

Delta State has been unable to complete Ughelli ~ Asaba expressway despite the huge allocation it receives.

God bless Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for not paying salary and only half when he does? Is our allocation not small because they deduct debt before paying it?

(I think while I wait for education on the basis for revenue sharing formula.)
