Wow! I was just thinking about a plan to start visiting Nigeria for business opportunity to engage in. Been in America for 22 years and I thought its time to start splitting my base between Nigeria and the US. I guess I have some more reflections and homework to do. Just Wow! Majority of Nigerian "workers" are definitely not worth bearing that toga because, they are far from workers. They are always out for what they can illegally corner for themselves at the expense of the company/business.

When you attempt at blocking their stealing holes, they get demotivated to work or out rightly sack themselves because "stealing" was what they came to look for and not "work".

They don't care if it took you 35 years before your dreams materialized. They only see you as fortunate and privileged. They don't care about your struggles they just want their share, they would steal from you and your life doesn't matter to them. There are too many stories of hard working people who are trying to help getting killed by their cooks, house helps , workers, drivers, security.. Don't get close to this guys...

You are very right about this bro, i even think deliberately you must be harsh and tough looking when it comes to interacting with this people. Like just say good morning, good evening, bye, bye. Never relate to them like how europeans relate with themselves no matter how much money is in their bank account. Nigerians are poor afterall it is the poverty capital of the World. So once anyone sees you with any type of wealth, they want their own share automatically, infact they start blaming you for not helping them in the long run like you owe them anything in the first place.

Fam, when you working with some Nigerian employees like cooks, drivers, security, hotel managers, my advice to anyone is dont play with them espcially when it comes to money, you can even make sure whenever they see you, they see with soldiers at all times. So when problems start, they would know you to have a tough military like reputation. Im only speaking from experience tbh

Be very careful as you plan to do business in Nigeria, l was a victim in the past and I have learnt my lessons in a bitter way, I only lost lots of money but I am grateful to God Almighty for keeping me alive, I only have real Estate investment in Nigeria, apart from that, I can't invest a cent in Nigeria
