The south has the lowest number of eligible voters The south will have the lowest turnout of voters come Feb 16 The south is only good at complaining and when it matters the most, they chicken out Watch out, the southerners are even scared to vote because of the fear of the unknown. When a southerner hears either two-fighting or shouting at polling units, he/she would run away and refuse to exercise his/her franchise But the reverse is the case in the north A northerner is ready to give his all to protect and exercise his franchise.
