Earlier today, the chief whip of Kogi State House of Assembly Most Distinguished Hon. Victor Adewale Omofaiye showcased his bravery as a true Ijumu Son as he was the first contact man to rescue his His Excellency Vice President Yemi Osinbajo just 1min after the crash.

While others scampered for safety in fear that the crashed helicopter would explode any minute, Hon Victor Adewale Omofaiye and Hon Musa Jimoh Omiata of Yagba East Constituency , out of their genuine Love for Humanity and passion for the Vice president, without hesitation made towards the crashed Helicopter to rescue the Vice president and his team.

With tears in the eyes of Honourable Victor Adewale Omofaiye , he climbed the crashed Helicopter, forcefully broke the door and rescued the Vice president.
