you are just a step away from your deliverance as you av identified those loop holes dat makes satan hold sway on you. Firstly, you must make sure you stop using everything those witch doctor gave u(b it malam, herbalist or even white garment ppl.) you must renounce ur belief in them and prayerfully burn it. Secondly, sin is a trap. It is is like a man drowning in water, the more he struggles d more He sinks. Its only a person who knows how to swim dat can save him. Your deliverance starts from being delivered from sin. Seeking deliverance from one church to another without you willing to b set free from sin is an effort in futility cos u won't b able to retain wateva Deliverance you receive. YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN.
Thirdly, from the Bible, there is a spirit in charge of addiction and it is called d spirit of bondage. It is different from the spirit of fear(d spirit associated with phobias) but it also causes fear. Pray against d spirit of bondage and break lose from its grip on you. (Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler Proverbs 6:5 KJV).
After your deliverance, pray for the baptism of the Holy Spirit to enable you b on d offensive against d devil so you can help ur friends and associates also. Get rooted in the Word of God and u will lead a victorious life in christ. (We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not 1 John 5:18 KJV).
Get a true christian around you as a friend so you can always go to Him wen you av questions.

This reminds me about a colleague of mine, we served in d same ppa during my nysc. He was a Muslim nd even an exco in MCAN. .he stayed opposite d room of my spiritual friend i aways go to wen I needed someone to discuss spiritual things with or pray. Can you believe dat we had our jackday nd debriefing (which is usually d last requirement to b fulfilled b4 pop) but lo and behold, the guy died d next day. Ppl who were with him said he was complaining dat he felt something like a stone inside his heart. Dis is a boy dat was very athletic ooo. He walked into the hospital himself to complain but suddenly b4 any doctor came to attend to him slumped from d chair he was sitting nd gave up d ghost. I was d principal corper on our school at d time so i couldn't believe my ears. Dis was d guy i saw on Wednesday wen i went to visit another of my friend in their lodge who was a lady. He was telling her that there wasn't anything wrong in her marrying an already married man nd as usual, we argued. . I saw him being rolled in the morgue dat day brethren I cried oo. Dis guy was very moral cos truout our service year i never saw him date any lady and those in his lodge testified to this. D reason am sharing dis story is because of the next one am about to share

There was dis other corper in my school who backslided from deeperlife. This boy was under the yoke of fornication that he couldn't hide it anymore. As long as a lady is above secondary school level, she was a potential target for the guy. I nd my spiritual friend on several occasions preached to him but he wouldn't listen instead he could quote bible very well. Few weeks to pop, our last days at our ppa he came to me(not knowing he had also gone to dis my spiritual friend). He said please i need help oo. He said for months now he has been suffering from spiritual torment. I laughed nd said it was imminent because of the several ladies he had slept with so he started explaining how forces will be tormenting him on d bed at night, how evil rats will be moving in his room how on one occasion he woke up and saw that a large portion of his hair was shaved while he slept then during d period which he came to tell me this, every night someone would come to his window and begin to chant incantations wen he goes outside to check, he won't see anyone at d window dis will happen from 12am till he finally sleeps off supernatural by around 2 nd won't be aware of things going on around him. He said he was telling me dis so that incase anything happened to him, we should tell d world. I asked him how far with his numerous sin partners(girl friends) he said he had stopped all of them from coming to his place. ***sometime if you wont listen to d gospel from children of God, d devil will preach it to u himself by his evil***. I told him to go home dat night and tell me what happened d next day. I discussed it with my spiritual friend nd he told me d guy came to him too. As usual, d next day d guy was sleeping in the staff room nd i had even forgotten wat he told me d previous day but my friend who was in another staff room came checking and went to d guy sleeping he asked him wat happened d previous night he said it was d same old story nd dat he couldn't wait for pop so he can go back to his hometown. I and my friend now decided we were gonna pass d night in his place. We went to his place together and b4 we slept we were not even discussing about spiritual things. We were just talking about our future home and how we can live in peace with our spouse. D noise didn't come up atall dat night and d guy slept like a baby. B4 leaving we asked if he experienced any attack dat night he said no. B4 leaving d next morning we prayed with him for about 1hr. He got back his steps with God and told us he now has a type of boldness in him. Till we left d community where we served he never complained of spiritual attacks again. He loved God so much dat i will b examining my life wen i saw his devotion to God nd things of God.
D reason i shared this two stories is so that you will know that moral uprightness isn't enough if you don't run to Jesus and b saved. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and d life. Whosoever come to shall find salvation from sin, sickness, satan nd all evil. There is a void in every man dat longs to b filled. Fornication, masturbation, gluttony, alcoholism and so on are ways that men try to fill dis void but i can assure you that its only Jesus that can fill d void. Come to Jesus now and b saved.
