Anything to make you happy. Even if CCT sits on Feb 13, they will postpone the hearing. The outcomes may affect the general elections one way or the other.

Onnoghen should appear before the CCT and stop running. He must take his plea before challenging the competence of the tribunal to try him. If he refuse to appear again in February 13th, the tribunal should issue a warrant for his arrest.

Yeah, I read the post in a hurry. Whatever the decision of the Supreme Court, his trial will continue at the CCT. He will be docked on February 13th and once that is done, NJC will ask him to step aside till the trial his concluded. Sorry to disappoint you, Supreme Court cannot save your man.

his trial might continu but he will remain the CJN.If eventually he is freed by the NJC, The Ngajinwa vs FG court ruling will be invoked to to stop the CCT trial.The NJC will never ask him to step aside unless he is indicted by them.No judge can be put on trial until he is indicted by the NJC
