Atiku Is Not A Nigerian By Birth But By Secession - NOT QUALIFIED TO CONTEST NIGERIAN PRESIDENT According to our constitution, in order to contest for president, you must be a Nigerian citizen by birth. When Atiku was born, he was not a nigerian then until 1961 when his region finished a referendum and became part of Nigeria. The cable confirmed this today that Kanu was right afterall.
