*ACCELERATE* is a career and financial conference organised by Lighthouse International Christian Center. The program is targeted at meeting the needs of the following groups of people:

1. *Unemployed graduates* who are desirous of getting their dream job. The session to be anchored by *Pastor Yomi Omiyale* _(an Oil and Gas Tax Practitioner and Career Coach)_ will unveil to the participantsthe *strategies for getting their dream job in today's job market.*

2. *Employed persons* who need a credible and reliable part time business alongside their paid job. The session by *Vincent Adeoba* _(An Author and Public Speaker)_ will enlighten partipants on *credible part time businesses they can do while excelling at their paid employment.*

3. *Unemployed persons* who need a credible and reliable side hustle while trusting for their dream job. The session by *Kirk Kayode* _( A Fiverr freelancer)_ will educate participants on *how to get paid for jobs done through the fiverr online platform.*

4. *Persons who desire to start a business.* The session will be facilitated by *Toyin Onigbanjo*, _the CEO of AugustSecrets, (an award winning child nutrition company_ which in 3 years has grown from an home-based business to a company with its factory and 25 paid employees)
