Training Officer

Location:
Lekki, Lagos

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/HND with 3 -4 years experience in a similar role.

Job Description:
1. Develop training curriculum and programmes.
2. Liaise with different organisations and individuals to identify training and development needs.
3. Design bespoke programmes based on needs of organisations and individuals.
4. Keep up to date with developments in customer service also researching new methodologies in workplace learning and development.
5. Organise and supervise group training.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is key.
