Hon. Commissioner for Housing/ Political Leader of Nsit Atai Local Government Area, Otuekong Raphael Bassey has assured PDP supporters of his readiness to lead battalion of Nsit Atai Local Government Area voters in the forth coming general elections.

Abom Nsit Atai made this remark as the campaign team of Engr. Mike Enyong who is seeking to represent Uyo Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representative, Abuja on the PDP platform ended his ward tour in the area yesterday.

The team met with ward 1,2,7&8 simultaneously amidst a large crowd of PDP faithfuls in the area.

The fearless Political Leader, who acknowledged the bold and outspoken nature of Babantan and Senator Bassey Albert at the floor of the Green and Red Chambers respectively, said both legislators had performed creditable in their first outing and deserves second chance to consolidate and also join the league of ranking members in the National Assembly believing that as a ranking member, they'll attract more constituency benefits to the people.

The Political Leader thanked the Legislators for not being a ''SLEEPING'' and '' I CONCUR'' law makers in their first term of representation.

The Hon. Commissioner also applauded the decision of the organizer to host Babantan and his team at the Court Hall, Odot, noting that the venue has a traditional significant to the attaintment of Leadership in the Area and delving into his memory lane, he reminded the crowd that the honor done to him at the venue during his Chairmanship campaign was instrumental to his emergence as the Executive Chairman of the Area.

Abom Nsit Atai charged the crowd of supporters and all PDP faithfuls, within and afar to be on guard as the election draw nigh.

The Political Leader in his final speech promised to further boost the morale of PDP supporters for optimal performance on the election days.
