Pls Op, is it not advisable for one to mold his blocks than buying them to be sure of quality or can one get same quality to buy and how can one know quality blocks to buy? |

Pls understand that molding block individuals can be the best only if you are present or you have trusted person to check the Labours by giving them instruction on number of block they can achieve in one bag of cement 30 block per bag is okay also many block industry cannot give you good quality block because they in for profit ok 3 Likes |

Oga spyder Always doing excellent jobs Abeg spyder I need your take on this How many bags of cement did you use in plastering this building, internal and external I have a similar project of lime 8rooms..4bedroom duplex and twin 2bedroom flats, all in under one roof, As I write, they have used close to 200bags of cement for the internal alone. Abeg what's your take on this... is this not outrageous?? 1 Like |

Nettuno: According to my own way of doing it, 1. Clearing the site of grass and or any items parked in the site. 2. The setting out of the plan, excavation and foundation works till DPC. 3. Ground floor bloc km walls, columns, lintels and other works 4. Decking 5. First floor walls, lintels 6. Parapet and roofing till the roofing tiles installation is done and completed. 3 Likes |

Spyder... Money is good oh.. I just dey admire all the structures you have done for clients... You couldnt have done any of them on credit oh.. Chai.. Is it iron rods... bag of cements... blocks... chai.. all these cost real naira in the market. I m working on mine small bungalow.. I just got to the the wood stage for roofing..
