that this is coming from the army, it has political undertone, the most corrupt and miserable security job in this country is Nigerian army after Nigerian police, that this is coming from nigerian army boss is an act of corruption. they remember how nigerian army has always been used to rig elections including state governors' and local government (in the case of Kaduna state) elections, e.g edo, ekiti, osun etc. you did not pay them allowances for being at the war front, but you are paying them uniform allowance. i just hate the desperation in this government to remain in power by all means.
