This picture surfaced on a WhatsApp forum and is currently making rounds. It shows a registered Permanent Voters Card (PVC). The date of birth reads “01-01-1991.” By implication, the voter whose face was captured clocks 28 this year. The mallam teaching him koran at night has 30 other PVC from other kids in his care. On election day, he will gather them together, make them vote same way, and then feed then rice at night when he gets paid by the party thugs. 2 Likes |
