1. TRUST: People don’t trust that you can deliver on their project, so they find it hard to part their money with you.
So to get their trust, you must be willing to do a near-free service for them.

2. APPROACH: There are some keywords clients want to hear each time you approach them, with these keywords; you will be able to grab their attention and finally get them to close on the deal. Instead of just telling your clients that you want to do a video documentary for them, you can look out for some special facilities they have and tell them, I want to produce a good video documentary which will sell your company and showcase your XYZ facilities to the world.

3. PORTFOLIO: In video marketing, prospective clients want to see samples or catalogues of jobs you have done for people before. (In fact most times this is what will give you the job) Have a collection of jobs you have done handy. Upload them on YouTube or carry them up in your phone or hard drive.

4. BREAKING DOWN PRICE RESISTANCE: Have you ever been told by the client, your price is too much? If yes, what this means is that he/she doesn’t value the product.
