My ordeal began in April of this year. All i wanted to do was have my share certs verified so i could have them in my cscs account. Nearly 4mths and an endless mail trail later,i'm nowhere near achieving my goals. From the rudeness of their switchboard operator(who squawks ello ello all the frigging time) to the bumbling inefficiency of the core staff. The brokers i use aver that only fbn registrars have no inkling of turn-around time so they can take all year doing a simple transaction. More to come as it unfolds.
