Mercy Johnson-Okojie (born 28 August 1984) in Lagos. She is a popular Nollywood Nigerian actress. She’s from Okene in Kogi State. Her father, Mr Daniel Johnson was a naval officer and Mrs Elizabeth Johnson is her mother, she is the fourth child in a family of seven.

She started her primary education in Calabar. Her father, being a naval officer, was later transferred to Lagos State here she continued her education at a Nigerian Navy Primary School. She attended Rivers State Secondary School for her secondary education in addition to the Nigerian Navy Secondary School in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
