If you ask me the best and safest investment amid this Corona era, I will answer you quickly, Sairui Mall. If you ask me again, it is Sairui; only Sairui Mall, nothing but Sairui Mall.

I signed up as vending agent (Vendor) with www.irecharge.com.ng/irecharge_biz I was able to get a very good location and opened a small shop where I earned commission on every single transaction being carried by me be it Electricity Meter Recharge (Prepaid and Postpaid), Data Recharge, Airtime Purchase or Cable Tv Subscriptions... I generate millions in revenue yearly... I would advise each and every one of you to sign up and become a vendor because power and airtime are Fast Moving Consumer Goods that are bound to sell where ever you are...

Another business I would venture into would be Piggery

As for me I bought 20 pigs at 6k each, = N120,000

15 Females and 5 Males

I would be keeping it with the baba and giving him 15k Monthly for Dusa and Chicken Shit for their Feeding... This would be last for 6 Months i.e N90,000 note they would also be allowed to roam freely in search of food occasionally to minimize costs...

He said they could give birth to like 6-8 piglets at 5 Months Old

Putting it at 5 piglets per female pigs : 75 Piglets by the 6 Months

70 Piglets maximum due to mortality and other related factors...

Note: Gestation Period is 3.5 Months so by November Market For Don Set

In Jos here an averagely matured pig costs about N50,000 Naira

i.e 20 X N50,000 = N1,000,000

Then from baby pigs : 70 X N6,000 = N420,000

Total Money: N1,420,000

minus expenditure of N210,000

Total Profit after Deductions: N1,210,000 (Cool Residual Income... It might be small but it's still something)

Please others share yours and be willing to teach others and assist them...

Thanks hope I have inspired someone here today...

Note: the baba that would take care of my pigs is an expert piggery expert he is almost 70 years old and has been rearing pigs for almost 33 years now in Jos
Cool. Thanks for sharing
