The national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is building a mansion in his hometown of Ikuru in Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.

He became national chairman of the PDP in December 2017 with the backing of Nyesom Wike, the governor of oil-rich Rivers State. Secondus was also a two-term state chairman of the party.

The house is by River Ikemba and the PDP chairman is planning to build a jetty there. The house also has a helipad for easy access according to our source. With a mansion like this Secondus is ensuring he “won’t carry last”, as the Nigerian saying goes.
