■ the markets will be provided with water, electricity, toilet facilities, with other utilities and necessary infrastructures
■ revolving /soft loans will be made available to traders


WATER RESOURCES

■ Pipe-borne water to restored to Owerri and the suburbs by rehabilitating the old water scheme

TOURISM
■ a film village to be built in Imo state
■ other tourist potentials of the state to be harnessed
