Why The Rent Seekers and their Foreign Collaboratirs Are Fighting Buhari.

For insisting on local production as a substitute for importation, they are conspiring to see him out. Thy want container economists, absolute monetarists and slavish liberalists.

For refusing to float the naira so as to effectively kill our purchasing power, kill local production and impoverish the populace, Buhari became their enemy.

For recovering our unpaid royalties, looted funds and never willing to make deals, they hate him.

He bailed out bankrupt states so that the poor workers did not become the collateral damage for their bankruptcy. Those who made 27 states to become failed want a repeat of their hedonism.

Buhari made thieves to abandon and disown their loots. They want to come back to claim them.

He made chronic tax invaders to have a contrite heart and beg for restitution. They don't like VAID they only veiled it. We should not let them prevail.

He stopped the culture of reckless spendings, eliminated ghost workers and made fake rich men to know humility and live within their means. They called that lack of good economic policies.

He made hypocritical judges to sip their hemlock and have their stand in the dock. They say it was sacrilegious!

Buhari humbled the haughty and ignored the ignoramus. They say he is unaffected!

They say he knows no economics but the economy has continued to answer to his remedies and render their talisman a quackery.

Nations that took their so-called remedies are irreversibly steeped in economic web. Useless currency like Bulgarian dollars. Inflation that causes hypertension. Economy on IMF dialysis. Ask Angola, Venezuela, Egypt, Ghana, Saudi Arabia and the nations with which we ran the recession race.

We are out, they are still clutching to straws in desperate need of a live jacket. Humans live miserably in the laboratory of economic experiments.

Here the stocks are in cheerful mood.

Farmers are harvesting prosperity and left portfolio contractors with the gown of poverty.

The manufacturers are recording highest MPI in decades.

The foreign reserve is seeing obesity from anorexic dieting that the plunderers left it.

Thanks to the economic slowpoke, our Buhari, their Jubril.

Children now know that railway is not an imaginary illustration in Social Studies textbooks. Our civil engineering students can now see the theoretical standard gauge in real life.

Infrastructure financing is now a religious obligation and not a conduit to finance the obscenities of the works gatekeepers.

Inland Ports in Baro, Warri, Onne, Lokaja and Onitcha are no longer an annual item of extortion in the budget of the nation.

Look at the roads. Look at dams. Look at FCT, look at the airport revolution. Look at cancer infrastructure everywhere. Did you not see the silos completed? What of the rice mills?

Look at the poor, they now pay little to write WAEC, NECO, NABTEC, JAMB and other exams. As little as 3k from 7-11k.

Look at the poor whose children are fed in the schools. Look at the youths who are on social security employment. Look at the petty and small traders; now someone chases them about with free interest loans. Look at farmers who no longer bribe to get fertilizer. At 5.5k, fertilizer is a snap of the fingers.

See the rice, millet, sorghum, Cowpea farmers. Look at true millionaires. Not like Dasuki made richmen. Not Yahoo plus millionaires.

If they asked you what has he done, tell them he has humbled the rich and exhorted the poor.

Ask them, where are the cooking stoves for the poor? where is the cassava bread? Where is the phone for the farmers, where is the commowealth that they plundered and

...where is the POWER?

Yes, many are the unforced errors, occasional mistakes, imbalances here and there, poor communication and lackluster in the system. But these are lower and tolerable risks. Let's forgive those and insist on better deals and not to throw away the birth water and the baby.

I invite you to vote honesty, dedication, focus and service above self. Vote Buhari and Osinbajo. Let's move to the next level, never to go back to Egypt.
